Eileen L. Linarducci

Eileen Linarducci is an experienced litigator and negotiator who fights to protect her clients’ rights and their assets.  She represents individuals and small companies in New Jersey State Courts and Federal Courts. Ms. Linarducci works diligently for her clients by first understanding their concerns and goals. Then, by utilizing the resources of the firm and her extensive legal network, she works to bring about the best result for each client.

Ms. Linarducci has successfully defended clients facing foreclosure, debt collection, bankruptcy, personal injury and municipal court violations.  She is a former municipal court prosecutor and has experience as a municipal court public defender. Her past work with Senator Menendez, Senator Rush Holt, and the City of Elizabeth helped provide outreach and community education concerning homeowner rights and navigation of mortgage modification.

A graduate of Seton Hall University Law School, she was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1983 after obtaining her undergraduate degree from Kean University in 1977.  Ms. Linarducci is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the New Jersey State Bar Association and Consumer Protection Committee, as well as the Bankruptcy Inn of Court, 2012.

When not litigating on behalf of her clients, Ms. Linarducci enjoys biking at Sandy Hook State Park and hiking along the Appalachian trial.
